Membership Rules
The first rules is the more important : CONSENT.
(DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT VERBAL OR PHYSICAL!)
Your consent can be verbal or physical and must be respected at all time. Your consent must be clear before anyone touch you. It’s possible in certain situation that your flirt was misinterpreted. If you are not sure.. Ask twice. NO MEANS NO, If someone ask you and you say no.. the other person is not interested, do not insist! If you don’t respect that rule you will be expelled from the property without refund
Age: You must be 21 or older to be a member.
No food or drink on the second floor ( playroom)
- Please dispose your condoms responsibly by making a not with it and put it in the garbage.
- No smoking in the house, please smoke in the designed area for that. ( no electronic cigarette)
- Dress code: Please ”dress to impress” ( no hat of all kind allowed) ( no hijab) We reserved the right to decided if it’s appropriate.
- NO religious Sign
- No SEX in the pool and hot tub.
- Single Men alone must be accompanied to go on the second floor. No single men alone allowed upstairs. Find your partner before to go up.
- Please be careful with the linen. If you are in your period, we ask that you don’t play in the playroom. If you stain the linen, we will charge for the replacement.
- The Mood Club reserves the right to refuse or withdraw membership to any person registered on the National Sex Offender Registry or any person convicted by a court of domestic violence or sexual assault as soon as we are informed by the authorities.
- Confidentiality is a value we hold dear. What happens at The mood club stays at mood club. Disclosing the identity of other customers (whether on social media or otherwise) you encounter there is against our ethical principles and may result in the termination of your membership. - You must interact politely and courteously with members, members must be respectful to our employees and other members at all times.
- It should be noted that the Mood club membership list is completely confidential. The only exception is: in the event of physical or verbal violence, Mood club reserves the right to inform other swingers club of the names of the violent customers. This is, of course, to protect the swingers community. It goes without saying that violent behavior, which is not tolerated in the first place, will result in immediate expulsion without refund from the mood club and from all events organized for its members.
- Mood Club and their owner disclaims all responsibility for actions carried out in the playrooms and other play areas .
- Mood Club reserves the right to remove and ban anyone who does not respect the rules, the establishment, other customers, or employees. This expulsion will be WITHOUT REFUND.*
- Noise Regulation: Use of personal speakers in outdoor areas is prohibited
- The Mood club™ is a private members club. All guests must be a member, have a membership card, show valid photo ID, and be of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older) for entry. The Mood club reserve the right to suspend/revoke any guest membership at any time without refund.
- No cameras, camera phones, video equipment or recorders in Play Area or where adult activity takes place! Cell phones and cameras are permitted in nightclub/bar areas or in any public place. We reserve the right to inspect all containers, bags, and backpacks for video or camera equipment. The mood Club the right to inspect/confiscate any electronic device to ensure guest privacy and security.
- No sexual activity or nudity in: ( all the main floor) Entrance, hallways, first floor bathrooms, dining area, pool area, hot tub, parking lot. Please make sure you act and dress appropriately when in these areas. Violators risk ejection from the property without refund.
- Room policies: We ask all attendees to please adhere to all room rules, guidelines, and hours of service. If you violate the policies you will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Discretion: What happens here stays here. We are a private and discrete social organization. People attending expect that their names, professions, and actions will not be broadcast on the airways, internet, or even by word of mouth.
- Lost/Misplaced/Stolen Items: The Mood Club and associated events, its owners, hosts, and members are not liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items. Any lost items that were found will be stored for 30 days. Afterwards Items will be disposed of.
- Injury: I/we do hereby release The mood club and associated events, its owners, hosts, and members from any liability arising from a result of injury.
- Drugs: Just Say No! Illegal drugs will NOT be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund. (You will also be banned from any further events). This is a zero tolerance policy!
- Alcohol: If you become intoxicated and disruptive, you may be asked to leave without a refund. No alcohol is allowed to be brought in the play/adult areas – This is a zero tolerance policy!
- Weapons: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at any Mood club party or on the Mood club property. If in possession of a weapon, you will be immediately ejected from this event and banned from all future events. This is a zero tolerance policy!
- Unsolicited Sponsors: We have sponsors that have paid to be here. If you are caught soliciting you will be removed from the party and any materials will be destroyed. This is a zero tolerance policy!
- Wristbands: Wristbands must be worn at all times. You will not be allowed into any event area without a wristband. If you remove your wristband you will be asked to leave and not allowed to return. There will be no replacement bands.
- Parties/Events: Please be aware that these are lifestyle related events (swingers, LGBTQ, nudists, and more) so if this type of party offends you please do NOT attend.
- Prostitution: Anyone found soliciting or exchanging money for sexual acts will be immediately ejected from this event and banned from all future events. You will also risk being arrested and prosecuted. Single gentlement policy
To protect our attendees and guests and to ensure a no hassle environment, this club strictly adheres and enforces our Single Gentlemen Policy – these policies are subject to change without prior notice,
- Events are limited to 5 single men per day: friday and saturday
- Single male passes available until 11:00 AM (Midnight)
- FRIDAY, SATURDAY day and night – Single men are strictly prohibited from entering the playroom area unless they are escorted by a couple/group (this is a zero-tolerance policy).
- Single men that are escorted by a couple or group MUST stay with their host couple/group for the entire evening. If the escorting couple/group leaves the playroom area, the single man MUST leave the back play area as well (this is a zero-tolerance policy).
- ZERO TOLERANCE for inappropriate behavior – if you are asked to leave the playroom, you will be escorted off the property without a refund.
- The Mood club reserves the right to refuse anyone from entering the resort.
House Rules
Main level Rules
Anytime that you are coming to the main level of the mansion – you must be covered, we have plenty of places to be naked in the playroom. So be sure to cover those goodies when coming from the playroom.
Check in time is 7 pm – if you arrive early, no worries – you are welcome to get fill out all your paperwork and head out to the great room for some welcome cocktail or sun before checking into your room in the summer. The hour may be different in the summer. See our updates on our facebook page.
Check out time is 1 am – for any member that doesn’t have a room reservation for the night.
Check out time is 1 PM if you BOOK A ROOM for the night. -if you book a room Rise and shine, you don’t have to leave the mood club, if you book another night. If you book just for one night, so pack up and be sure to be out for 1 pm, so we will have the time to clean the room.
The most important rule – you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Dress to impress, you are coming to the only place that allows you to explore and enhance your sexual side. Once you get settled, rip the clothes off, put on the tiny sexy sheers, or put your bathing suit to enjoy our pool and freedom here at the mood club.
Playroom rules
1. Consent. There may be accidental touching; try not to take offense (this does not include groping of private areas). Any unwelcome touching without consent, especially after being told no, advise the attendant or hit the emergency button. Be aware claims may result in a permanent ban.
2. Please use a towel or the linen on any furniture before to have sex.
3. Rooms.
(a) If you lock the door keep use to under 30 minutes.
(b) If the door is not locked, others may try to use the area next to you.
4. No recording devices (cell phones/smart watches/smart glasses).
5. No single men (except the one who are with a couple).
(a) Escort privileges. 1 Single man may be escorted by a couple. The single male must stay with the couple (do not wander the playroom).
6. No drinks unless its a sealed bottle of water or gatorade in a plastic bottle.
7. Take used towels and sheets to the dirty hamper by the stair and designed place.
8. Toys are allowed. All bags will be checked by the attendant. No large bags.
9. Do not sleep in playroom.
INFO
1. Times: friday and Sathurday 8pm-1am. 15 minutes prior lights come on. Subject to change for special events.
2. Condoms, towels and sheets are provided by the attendant if you don’t bring your own.
(a) No drinks allowed in the playroom
(B) Do not leave your items in the lockers. Items will be placed in lost and found at the end of the day.
Courtyard and pool area Rules
Courtyard
We all love to sip those drinks with spouses, friends, and lovers. You can enjoy some drinks around the pool in the summer and around the firepit in the winter.
A few things to know that will apply to all areas of the property:
Beverage Policy
- Outside beverages ARE permitted in the courtyard / pool area at any time during the event. Please bring can or plastic cup to put your drink in it.
Photography Reminder
- We kindly remind all guests that photography / video is strictly prohibited in the courtyard / pool area to protect everyone’s privacy and comfort.
Noise Regulation
- The use of personal speakers in outdoor areas is prohibited during any event.
On the Property
NO
- Weapons of any kind
- Flip-flops (at night in the mansion c unless matching to a theme night)
- Baggy or Over-Sized Clothing
- Sports Wear (sweats, jerseys or athletic Wear)
- Private areas for women and men must be covered (pasties are perfect and G-strings at the least, but you must have these special areas covered)

We do host theme nights almost every weekend and encourage everyone to bust out of their shell and get creative with your attire. If you are ready to dress up for one of our sexy theme nights – exceptions will be made to the rules. We want you to come have fun!!
Pool
A few things to know that will apply to the pool area:
Beverage Policy
- Outside beverages ARE permitted in the pool area but only can and plastic cup. If you bring glass bottle of alcohol please transfer your drink in a plastic cup. No glass cup in the pool.
Photography Reminder
- We kindly remind all guests that photography / video is strictly prohibited in the courtyard / pool area to protect everyone’s privacy and comfort.
Noise Regulation
- Use of personal speakers in outdoor areas is prohibited.
Sexual activity
- NO sex allowed in the pool.
